Ashley Enyetich coordinates incoming information requests and information referral. She also acts as the secretary for the division.

Colleen Noon the assistant to the Program Manager for the Long Term Care Home and Community Based Waiver . She also provides statistical and first line tech support for the Division. She is the program manager for National Aging Program Information System (NAPIS), and oversees the Division's website.
