Policy Information Notices (PINs)

Aging Division PINs will be posted here for download and review. PINs are designed to assist Aging Division Contractors with quality management and oversight of services funded by and through the Aging Division, through both State and Federal funds. They enable us to be "on the same page" regarding policies, procedures and requirements.  These specific topics allow for decreased confusion and a uniform approach to issues.  All contractors were provided with a PIN notebook.  This notebook is white with a lim green binding and cover insert.

Refer to your PINs often.  They will provide much needed information and instruction.
