Community Service Employment for Older Americans is also known as senior employment. This program reintroduces older workers to the labor market.  This program is now administered by Wyoming Department of Workforce services.  The new link to information on these services is http://dwsweb.state.wy.us/community/scsep.asp

Allotments for vulnerable elder rights protection activities has several components: the Long-Term Care Ombudsman program, the Legal Assistance Developer program, and the Legal Services program.

The Long Term Care Ombudsman advocates on behalf of older persons in institutions or receiving long term care in -home services and their families.

The Legal Assistant Developer program provides, on a statewide basis, the protection of rights of vulnerable older persons.

The Legal Services program provides legal assistance services to older Americans.

Eligibility for these services: A client must be over 60 years of age, a spouse of an individual over 60 years of age, or a disabled person living in senior housing attached to a congregate meals site.

Centenarian program recognizes those individuals who have reached the age of 100.
