Survey/Certification Information                                       

 

The Program Integrity Section of the Developmental Disabilities Division consists of two units, the Survey/Certification Unit and the Area Resource Specialist Unit.

The Area Resource Specialist Unit consists of eight Area Resource Specialists located throughout the state.  The Area Resource Specialists attend team meetings as representatives of the Division, serve as first point of contact for people applying for one of the three waivers administered by the Division, and serve as first point of contact for people interested in applying to become a provider.  Please click on the link below for more specific information on the Area Resource Specialist Unit.
