Please note: The Developmental Disabilities Division is in the process of revising Wyoming Medicaid Rules, Chapters 41, 43, 45 and Chapter 1, Developmental Disabilities Division Rules for Case Management to reflect changes in the recently renewed Adult DD Waiver and ABI Waivers. The revised rules show changes by striking through old wording and underlining new wording.
All definitions have been removed or combined in the body of the rule because Medicaid is promulgating a "Definitions" chapter, which will be finalized as these chapters are finalized.
Chapters 42 and 44 are not changing at this time.
