To navigate to the DDD Medicaid Rules on the Secretary of State's website:

1. Select "Health, Department of" in the Agency Drop-down Menu
2. Select "Medicaid" in the Program Window
3. Select "Current Rules and Regulations" in the Rule Type Window
4. Click "Search"
