Although all of the information contained in the Pink 
Book is valuable, providers should thoroughly review 
Chapter 1 (Principles of Vaccination) and Chapter 2 
(General Recommendations on Immunization).

Web-Based Training (vaccine administration, storage and handling)

Yellow Book "CDC Health Information for International 
Travel, 2012." Published every two years by CDC as a 
reference for those who advise international travelers
