Pink Book “Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases,” published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Includes immunization schedules and vaccine information. Although all of the information contained in the Pink Book is valuable, providers should thoroughly review Chapter 1 (Principles of Vaccination) and Chapter 2 (General Recommendations on Immunization).
