Wyoming Medication Donation Program

Donor Toolkit

Acceptable donations of unused medications can be re-dispensed to Wyoming residents in need of help with prescriptions medication.  Unacceptable donations are donated to missions if possible or will be disposed of via incineration.  All Medication Donations are sorted by the Wyoming Medication Donation Program Staff.

How Do I Donate?

Step 1. Collect all unused medication and remove or mark out patient identifying information (name, address, phone number, and prescription number).  Be sure to leave the drug name on the container!

Step 2.  Review the categories of acceptable medications below to be sure your items may be donated for re-dispensing.  Not sure if your medication is acceptable?  Please call us at 1-855-257-5041.  Unacceptable donations will be disposed of properly.

Step 3.  Complete the Donor Form.  List ALL controlled substances with an EXACT quantity on the form to facilitate secure disposal of these medications that cannot be redispensed.

Step 4.  Mail your medications to…
