SPG Task Force Strategic Plan
The report prepared by the Wyoming Department of Health that outlines the work of the State Planning Grant Task Force and presents the seven strategies recommended by the Task Force to build on and enhance existing public programs; increase access to public coverage; and support the safety net of direct care providers who serve the uninsured.

SPG Research Report
The report prepared by the Center for Rural Health Research and Education, University of Wyoming that describes the quantitative and qualitative research studies conducted by the Center for the Wyoming Department of Health State Planning Grant Project.

HRSA Interim Report
The report prepared by the Wyoming Department of Health to advise the Health Resources and Services Administration of the progress of the SPG Project at the end of the initial 12 month project. A final report will be submitted to HRSA in the spring of 2004.

Waiver Expansion Study
A study prepared by Navigant Consulting, Inc. for the Wyoming Department of Health. The study examines Wyoming’s ability to expand health insurance coverage using Medicaid or State Children's Health Insurance Program waivers.
