The Wyoming Department of Health intends to adopt amendments to the following Medicaid rules:

  Chapter 17, Nursing Facility Residence Trust
  Chapter 19, Nursing Facility Preadmission Screenings
  Chapter 28, Swingbed Services
  
  Chapter 23, Costs incurred by Nursing Homes in Implementing the OBRA/87 Requirements is being repealed.
