$1.5 Billion is directed to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) for construction., modernization, health information technology and improvements for health centers including health center controlled networks receiving operating grants under section 330 of the Public Health System.  An additional $500 million was appropriated for FQHC grant funding for services and operations.
