Methamphetamine in Your Community? - A Wyoming Survey (23k, PDF)

This survey was developed at the request of several Wyoming community initiatives in order to assess the awareness level of a community and to encourage involvement in building a meth-free community.

This is a freely downloadable survey for use by community initiatives. Initiative groups may chose to administer the survey via telephone or in person. The end of the survey provides a prime time for initiative members to encourage others to become involved in the groups' efforts.

Please keep in mind that because of the study design, the results will not be comparable across communities. The questionnaire will provide informative data to your local initiatives, but it should not be used to make generalizations about community beliefs on methamphetamine use or drug abuse.
