Guidelines for being listed as a smoke-free restaurant!


Guidelines for being listed as smoke-free include the following:

  1. Inside area of restaurant must be 100% smoke-free at all times.
  2. Carryout or fast food restaurants without seating areas are not listed.
  3. Restaurants that have an adjoining bar or smoking area where smoking is permitted are not listed unless the bar and/or smoking area is separate, fully enclosed, and on a separate ventilation system.
