Requests for Applications for Community Funding
Local suicide prevention coalitions may now download Requests for Applications for funding directly from the Mental Health Division by clicking the following links:.
Pursuant to program policy, applications must be submitted by a licensed Mental Health Center located in the county for which local funding is requested. Completed requests may be submitted electronically by transmitting same to the Suicide Prevention Specialist for the Mental Health Division at keith.hotle@health.wyo.gov or by mail to Suicide Prevention Specialist, Mental Health Division, 6101 Yellowstone Road, Room 220, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Applications are considered on a rolling basis and may be subject to availability of funds.
