The Annual Consumer Suvery Project is another data collaboration project with community providers. Since 1997, consumers have been asked to evaluate services received from local community mental health centers. Two years ago the scope of the project was expanded to include consumers who received substance abuse servies. In 2007, the Division contracted with UPLIFT (a family-based organization) to conduct these surveys.
