Sliding Fee Scale Guidance
State law requires the Division to set guidelines for the fees that publicly funded treatment programs may charge for services. The law requires (1) the fee schedule must consider ability of clients to pay; and (2) no person may be denied services based on race, creed, color, national origin or ability to pay. If you believe you have been unfairly denied services, please call the Division at (307) 777-6494 or 1-800-535-4006.
The following chart is intended to be used as a guideline for treatment program fees. If you have questions about fees charged, please contact your counselor first. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you may speak with the executive director of the agency as part of the established grievance process. If there is no resolution, call the Behavioral Health Division at (307) 777-6494.
