Julie is the Program Manager for the Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. She works closely with the Program’s Outreach Coordinator in providing support to the Wyoming Cancer Resource Services regional project sites. She has worked for the Department of Health in surveillance, prevention and control for 13 years. During that time she has earned several certifications and degrees related to public health, healthcare information, and technology. She has worked closely with private and public health providers throughout the state in an ongoing capacity to improve and streamline reporting methods and requirements to State Agencies. She is currently assisting in several ongoing projects, with the breast & cervical cancer early detection screening program, colorectal screening program, and researching avenues for improving disparities among Wyoming's disabled populations in regard to screening and cancer education.

Jessica is the Outreach Coordinator for the Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. Jessica as been working for the Department of Health, Comprehensive Cancer Control Program for 9 years. Currently she coordinates state-level Comprehensive Cancer Control events and activities, including Wyoming's first childhood cancer camp, Camp Courage Wyoming, Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Consortium events, and is piloting a Sun in the Snow education program for ski resorts throughout the state.
