STD Program Mission
We focus on the public health effects of sexually transmitted disease on Wyoming citizens. We aim to reduce the impact of STD’s by offering:
-screening for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphillis through our partner clinics, family planning offices, public health nursing clinics and community health centers
-partner services are provided by WY Department of Health saff and partner clinic staff to help prevent the spread of disease.
-prevention activities: healthcare, community organizations, partnerships, materials/resources
-Expedited Partner Therapy (EPT) services are provided by WY Department of Health staff and partner clinic staff in the event that a partner cannot come in for treatment due to personal cirrumstances

Information from The State of Wyoming
Patient Reporting, Investigation, and Surveillance Manager
Otherwise known as PRISM, this is the newest tool for the State of Wyoming for STD reporting. This system allows providers and clinical staff to input their STD reports and patient information directly into the state reporting system, cutting down on paperwork and time, as well as providing a secure way to enter data to ensure confidentiality with reporting.

Adult Viral Hepatitis Prevention Program
The purpose of the adult hepatitis prevention program is to provide:
-screenning for hepatitis B and hepatitis C through our partner clinics, family planning offices, public health nursing clinics and community health centers
-vaccination for high risk adults is provided through our partner clinics and WyVIP providers
-referrals and medication assistance numbers/websites are provided by WY Department of Health staff and partner clinics
