The Emergency Solutions Grant
Federally funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at a level of approximately $200 thousand annually. Those funds are allocated to six emergency shelters in the state, with minimal amounts going to Community Action of Laramie County (CALC) and the Yellowstone Country Assistance Network (YCAN) to provide support services for persons at risk for homelessness.
