How do I check out educational materials from the EMS Office?
To check items out from the EMS Office:
1) For Wyoming credentialed EMS providers; Select the material from our catalog by Item #, call the EMS Office and give your EMT certification # and the items you wish to check out.
2) For non-credentialed EMS providers; Please call the EMS Office for check out availability.
How long can I check out educational materials?
Educational materials are set for 2 weeks (not including weekends) check out periods. After 2 weeks, the system will list the item as overdue.
How do I view the "Web Catalog" on my computer?
The computer must be online with the internet and a web browser open the EMS Offices’s web site. The "Web Catalog" is published to the web site in Adobe Acrobat format. You may download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.com
I noticed errors in the check out catalog. How do these get corrected?
The EMS Office is working to improve this catalog regularly. If errors or updates are observed, please let us know.
Who is responsible for the training materials checked out?
The person checking out the equipment is responsible for its use and presentation of the material. The EMS Office provides this as a service to EMS Instructors, ATLS programs and others. The EMS Office is not responsible for how the instructor presents the material.
