Our planning office coordinates and develops Public Health Emergency Preparedness plans and through inter- and intra-agency working groups. Ensures Public Health Command, Control, Communications, Information, and Reporting (PHC3IR) systems comply with the National Incident Management System (NIMS), applicable Homeland Security Presidential Directives, and other special studies/projects as related to "all hazard" emergency/disaster requirements.
