Save July 16, 2008 for the SPIRE Super Conference
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What is the Super Conference? During this conference we will capture more of the “system wide issues” but we let agencies basically go around the room and talk about what worked and what didn’t. We also go over details from our analysis of each day’s situation summaries and hot washes. As many entities are invited as possible and will be well heard. We will talk regional as well as statewide more in-depth than individual agency issues but we will certainly let them voice comments since we may actually see a trend. In the afternoon we shift gears and specifically look at corrective action strategies, namely we outline known recommendations, allow participants to voice new opinions and then go through an exercise that sets priorities, captures lead agencies, and identifies resources necessary to develop an Improvement Action Plan.
